Corey Saladin

Do you want just an average employee, or do you want something more? With me, you know you will be getting a passionate employee who will think critically and work through barriers on every project. I have worked to build my skills in advertising, business, public relations and graphic design so that I am prepared for a variety of marketing and communications challenges.

I have taken the skills I have learned in class and applied them to my organization, professional freelance work and personal life.

Within the next ten years, I hope to have earned a master’s degree in design and become manager in the marketing field. I take pride in the work I do and the projects I take on. My skills can support your organization's efforts and goals. Send me an email to see if I can help you with your next project.

Design Challenge:
Branding

The Problem: ManocoBlue faced an issue of getting customers to attend their educational programs. Stylist wanted to attend classes that were based around technique instead of a brand. Also, sitting in a standard class room wasn’t something that grabbed stylists attention.

The Challenge: Develop an entirely new brand for the Midwest Hair Social. The program would present education in a new light. This was to be presented as it’s own program, separate from ManocoBlue and the brands attending the event. After several concepts and 4 finalist, the design to the right became the new look for the brand. This new look has a modern design that will draw attention, while allowing it to be converted into other formats. Be sure to visit mwhairsocial.com to see more of this brand.

Design Challenge:
Recruiting

The Problem: Knorr wanted to market themselves in a highly competitive market. The agency was looking to have an email campaign developed that showcased the services that Knorr could provide.

The Challenge: Develop emails that provided a clear understanding of the business and services to prospective clients, while still leaving them with the desire to learn more. As part of this challenge, I worked to develop a consistence look that would truly represent what Knorr strives for in its other projects.
